Tenor
Mario Anacleto is Graduated in Singing Art in Opera, Lied and Oratorio, with great classification in the Conservatorio de
Musica do Porto, Portugal. He is graduated also as a Philosopher in the University of the same town where he got the Master
degree in History of Art, Master in Comunication at Complutense University from Madrid and PhD in Music by the Roumanian University
Of Music from Bucharest. After he got lessons of interpretation of Lied with Madame Ré Koster, Old Iberian Music with
Montserrat Figueras (Hesperion XX), Barock Vocal Music with Mark Brown (Pro Cancione Antiqua of London), Opera and Oratorio
interpretation with the masters Rudolph Knoll, Margarita Schak and Oliveira Lopes.Now he teachs Voice technic and Comunication
along the Country and give Master Classes of Singing Art in few schools. He has performed in Lelixir damore, Carmen", "La
Traviata", "Madame Butterfly", "Amhal and the night visitors" and Made a lot of concerts with celebrated airs from great operas,
as I Paglaci, Magic Flute, Mephistofeles, La Tosca, Cavalleria Rusticana, Fanciulla del West and few more, with great succes
of public and critic.
His
intense activity as a concertist has token him in a lot of programs with German Lied, of Schubert, Beethoven, Schumann and
Brahms, french Mélodieof Duparc, Fauré, Débussy and Massenet. The songs of Spain and Portugal, as the songs of Brasil and
Napoles, Latin America and Russia have in Mario Anacleto a great and very sensitive performer. He performed in few countries:
Portugal, Brasil, Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Italy, El Salvador, United States, Czesk Rep. and in his oratorio repertory,
there are a lot of great performances namely in Beethoven 9 th Sinphony, Bach Magnificat and Messe in Sim, Haendel Messiha,
Mozart Vesperae to a confessor,Davide Penitente, Requiem, Marcos Portugal Te Deum... As interpret of Contemporany Music he
was co-creator of the Grupo de Música Vocal Comtemporânea with expenses of the Portuguese Government and performed in a lot
of european towns and has enregistered portuguese composers, namely, Joly Braga Santos (European Tribune of Conteporany Composers)
and Fernando Lopes Graça, the most celebrated composer, died ten years ago. He's the author of "Fado-itinerários de
uma cultura viva" already trasnlated to Romanian and Italian.

As interpret of
Contemporany Music he was co-creator of the Grupo de Música Vocal Comtemporânea with expenses of the Portuguese Government

of Conteporany Composers) and Fernando Lopes Graça, the most celebrated composer, died ten years ago. He perfomed as World
First a lot o great composers like Tomás Marco , Ramon Barce and Luis de Pablo (Spain), Jolivet and Maurice Ohana (France),
Luciano Berio (Italy), Lopes Graça, Ligeti and many other, with great success and sense of inovation. He was invited to a
lot of international festivals as in his country (Lisboa, Algarve, Estoril) as in Europe (Berlim, Vigo, La Coruña, Cuenca,
Sevilla, Bratislawa, leipzig, Erfurt, Cordoba... He performed in few countries: Portugal, Brasil, Spain, France, Germany,
Romania, Czeskolovac ... and in his oratorio repertory, there are a lot of great performances namely in Beethoven 9
th Sinphony, Bach Magnificat and Messe in Sim, Haendel Messiha, Mozart Vesperae to a confessor,Davide Penitente, Requiem,
Marcos Portugal Te Deum...
As a musical
consultant and singer he has been working with Portuguese Broadcasting and Television (RTP, SIC, RTPN...)and recording
Art Song and Fado de Coimbra. He has recorded a CD with Portuguese Music with the roumanian Pianist Constantin Sandu. He is
teacher in the Conservatório de Música do Porto and was its Director between, 1994 and 1996. His scientific researchs: "Architecture
and Music at S. Bento da Vitória", "For a Public service" and "Vocal Miniature with Piano in the portuguese XX century".
